PBP relocate temporarily after office fire

On November 14th 2007 Pro Business staff received a hot reception on arriving at the office on Constitution Street in Edinburgh. Stunned office workers from the company and other businesses watched as firefighters tackled a blaze on the second and third floors of the Leith based building.

Lothian and Borders fire crews were called to the incident at 0600 GMT after a caller reported smoke coming from the second and third floor windows of the premises. Five fire appliances were initially sent, although that number was reduced to two by later in the morning. Fire investigators have said that the fire broke out as a result of an elctrical fault on the floor above us. The Fire service did a fantastic job in delaing with the incident and thankfully nobody was hurt. However the building was badly fire damaged and Pro Business were forced to immediately relocate to nearby Maritime Street.

The new temporary address to get in touch with Pro Business Publications Ltd is:

11 Maritime Street
Edinburgh
EH6 6SB

We are looking for new permanent offices at the moment as our old building will take around a year before it will be habitable again.
